A good way to study grammar is by looking for mistakes in texts which are not correct. By identifying the errors, you can reinforce your understanding of how the grammar should be formed. There are a number of VLC exercises which have this approach, in the Proof Reading section and especially in the Common Errors. These combine explanatory notes with examples of comman errors in grammar in areas such as agreement, articles, conjunction and verb forms, together with prood reading exercises.
There are several other exercises for grammar which are also listed on the VLC home page which cover topics such as articles, pronouns, verb forms, prepositions and clause structure. These also have explanatory notes, and feature Active Dictionary pages with the Vocabulary window described above.
