Specifying the context
When you want to make your point of view clear, you can use sentence adverbs. These will indicate what aspect of something you are talking about. For example if you want to say something is important from the environmental point of view, you can use one of the following:
Environmentally speaking it is true that the dramatic increase in cars since the 1970's has been an unparalleled disaster.
Environmentally speaking it would be true to say that...
Environmentally speaking we could say that...
It is widely accepted that the continued widespread use of cars would be environmentally damaging.
The above all mean: 'From the environmental point of view' (and, therefore, not from other points of view). So, if you wanted to present a balanced argument you might continue the first example above:
Environmentally speaking it is true that the dramatic increase in cars since the 1970's has been an unparalleled disaster. However, from the commercial point of view the car industry has proved to be a leading sector in many national economies and an important part of the recent economic recovery.

Commercially Mechanically Socially
Culturally Morally Spiritually
Economically Outwardly Statistically
Ethically Physically Superficially
Financially Politically Technically
Geographically Psychologically technologically
Intellectually Scientifically Remarkably
Logically
